DIPS is the home of unique Professional Development training courses for Schools and VET Teachers, Education Leaders, and other professional stakeholders in International Education.
Organised by the LFEE Europe Group in collaboration with the European Association of Training Providers (EATP).
Our DIPS courses are signature annual events for both specialists and newcomers to the world of International Education, as they offer an outstanding networking opportunity and provide a place where experts share valuable insights on how to be successful in their applications for funding and how to make their projects sustainable.

View CourseDeveloping International Projects for School Education – DIPSCO addresses core aspects of successful internationalisation strategies using the Erasmus+ programme.
Each year, we work with a central theme connecting with Erasmus+ priorities and offer a wide variety of learning experiences, from plenary to workshops and peer-led exchanges of inspiring practices.
Participants are able to choose their workshops throughout the week to suit their needs, interests, and level of expertise.
DIPSCO runs in parallel with our DIPSVET programme, and both attract 100+ participants from all over Europe and across a great variety of educational sectors.
The overall objectives of DIPSCO are
- Meeting European partners and creating new Erasmus+ School Education projects
- Exploring the evolving Erasmus+ framework for schools, with a focus on sustainability and inclusion
- Discovering innovative practices from other education practitioners as well as local schools and education authorities
- Working collaboratively on project design and impact planning
Developing International Projects for Vocational Education and Training – DIPSVET is a new Professional Development training course organised in collaboration with the European Association of Training Providers (EATP). It was conceived at DIPS 2024 in Brussels, when a group of VET practitioners felt the need to create an event addressing the specific challenges of their sector within Erasmus+. It is tailored for Vocational Education and Training (VET) professionals (including Level 5) across Europe and addresses the core aspects of a successful internationalisation strategy using the Erasmus+ programme.
With a focus on themes relevant to Erasmus+ priorities, DIPSVET offers a variety of learning experiences, from plenary sessions to workshops and peer-led exchanges. Participants can choose workshops suited to their specific needs and expertise levels.
DIPSVET runs in parallel with our DIPSCO programme, and both attract 100+ participants from all over Europe and across a great variety of educational sectors.

- Meeting international partners and developing new Erasmus+ and internship opportunities
- Exploring the evolving Erasmus+ framework for VET, including sustainability-related priorities
- Discovering innovative practices from other education practitioners
- Connecting with local businesses and schools/colleges
- Working collaboratively to design international projects
Developing International Projects for School Leaders – DIPSLeaders is a European professional development programme for headteachers, deputy heads, senior leadership teams, and regional education leaders, which will launch in November 2026!
Organised by the LFEE Europe Group in collaboration with ESHA – the European School Heads Association, and with institutional support from the French Occitanie Region, DIPSLeaders provides a structured space for school leaders to design, refine and implement meaningful internationalisation strategies.
DIPSLeaders builds on the long-standing DIPS model, focusing specifically on leadership-level strategy, decision-making, and implementation.

- Developing a realistic 3-year implementation pathway
- Defining impact indicators and dissemination plans
