Developing International Projects
for Vocational Education and Training
Developing International Projects for Vocational Education and Training (DIPSVET) is an annual professional development course for Vocational Education and Training (VET) educators from across Europe.
Organised by the LFEE Europe Group – in collaboration with the European Association of Training Providers (EATP) and local partners – the course provides an international incubator for ideas, connections, and Erasmus+ collaboration.
DIPSVET runs alongside DIPS for School Education (DIPSCO), offering a shared space for educators, managers, and business representatives to learn, network, and co-create innovative Erasmus+ projects that last.

Sustainability in Innovation: giving life to ideas that last
This year’s event explores how innovation can sustain itself, ensuring that projects don’t end when funding does. We’ll focus on circular thinking, long-term partnerships, and holistic approaches to VET excellence.
Together, we will explore how to:
- Embed green and circular economy principles in VET education and mobility.
- Make international projects sustainable and impactful beyond funding cycles.
- Foster innovation ecosystems connecting schools, training centres, and enterprises.
- Integrate digital and AI-driven tools to support green transitions and efficiency.
During the Course, You Will
- Meet international partners and develop new Erasmus+ and internship opportunities.
- Explore the evolving Erasmus+ framework for VET, including sustainability-related priorities.
- Connect with Estonian businesses and schools/colleges.
- Work collaboratively to design international projects.

Participants are encouraged to invite existing and potential Erasmus+ collaborators as well as project teams to attend.
DIPSVET includes networking and peer-matching sessions and dedicated time for joint project development to help you build sustainable partnerships.

Course tuition fee only
€480 per person. This covers the 5-day tuition fee and coffee breaks. Participants organise and pay for their own accommodation, lunches and dinners.
Course, accommodation and subsistence fee
€1,331 per person. This covers the cost of the 5-day tuition fee, coffee breaks, lunches, 6 nights bed & breakfast hotel accommodation (individual rooms), and a welcome reception (drinks and finger food) on the Sunday evening. Participants organise and pay for their own evening meals from Monday to Friday.

We invite workshop proposals on the theme of Sustainability in Innovation, including:
- Integrating circular economy principles into VET.
- Sustaining Erasmus+ projects beyond funding.
- Using digital tools and AI for sustainable management.
- Linking VET, green skills, and employability.
- Inclusion, accessibility, and well-being in innovation.
- Case studies of lasting impact and good practice.
Workshop format: 60 minutes (45 min presentation + 15 min Q&A)
